In these small, confidential café circles, you receive coaching and support in growing your critical leadership capacities. The circle draws from coach Barbara Phillips’ depth of insight and experience, learning from each other and from Leadership and Self-Deception by The Arbinger Institute. This 3-day program re-connects you to your inner space that brings more of you into your life and work. From there, you’ll develop new skills, abilities and awareness, using coaching for practice.
